Thami Letto (Fish) is a handcrafted Burmese rice and noodle topper made with crispy fried onions, roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, gram flour, sardines, fish sauce, and warm Burmese spices, all brought together with sunflower oil.
One spoonful transforms plain rice or noodles into a full, flavour-packed meal. Think of it as Burma's answer to chilli crisp, but bolder, nuttier, and made by a mother and son in Hackney.

How to Use
- Cook your rice or noodles as normal.
- Add 1 to 2 generous spoonfuls of Thami Letto and mix through until every grain is coated.
- Top with fresh coriander, sliced onion, spring onions and a squeeze of lemon or lime.
- Eat immediately. Try not to finish the jar in one sitting.
