The flavour is bold, warming and deeply satisfying. It coats rice and noodles beautifully and works just as well spread on toast, stirred into stir fries or spooned over eggs. Made by a mother and son in Hackney, in small batches, with real ingredients.

How to Use
- Cook your rice or noodles as normal.
- Add 1 to 2 generous spoonfuls of Thami Letto Vegan and mix through until every grain is coated.
- Top with fresh coriander, sliced onion, spring onions and a squeeze of lemon or lime.
- Eat immediately. Try not to finish the jar in one sitting.
